The chairs are exceptionally comfortable, despite the wear, but the sofa gets awkward and uncomfortable if more than two people sit on it, because the uneven wear in the center leans you in toward the person in the middle. from the reviews I have read the company makes good furniture but all their customer service is out sourced to the Philipines and they are out of reach by phone, I tried for hours one day. Otherwise we love the couch! My only complaint/concern is how firm/stiff the couch cushions are. I wanted to love this couch. So comfy and easy to put together.dogs and humans love the couch. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is the amount of time it took to put together and the problems we ran into when assembling it.
